Summit Construction & Development Wins $4.1M Contract to Improve Johns Creek Infrastructure
Johns Creek is a distinguished residential community featuring stunning parks and green spaces, cutting-edge infrastructure and connectivity, a growing Town Center, and a thriving business community.
Johns Creek prioritizes infrastructure to support its growth and development, enhance residents’ quality of life, and foster economic vitality. Upgrading roads, utilities, and public spaces not only accommodates the expanding population and business activity but also improves safety, connectivity, and accessibility throughout the city.
Over the last several years, Jones Bridge Road has been prioritized to be improved since it’s one of the most important routes of the City. Jones Bridge Road lies on the west side of Johns Creek, running from Barnwell Road in the south to the northern most point of the city at McGinnis Ferry Road.
To complete the intersection improvements project at Jones Bridge Road with Sargent Road and Douglas Road within the City, Johns Creek authority has solicited a bid to find a vendor to construct additional asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, multi-use trails, drainage, and all other miscellaneous items.
