Global Advanced Metals USA Inc.,* Boyertown, Pennsylvania, has been awarded a maximum $8,610,400 firm-fixed-price delivery order (SP8000-25-F-0008) issued against a three-year contract (SP8000-25-D-0005) with no option periods for tantalum ingots. This is a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The performance completion date is Sept. 4, 2028.
