General Atomics Wins $35.3M FMS Mod for Netherlands MQ-9A Drone Support

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., Poway, California, has been awarded a $35,326,741 contract modification (P00038) to a previously awarded contract (FA8689-22-C-2014) for Royal Netherlands Air Force MQ-9A contractor logistics support, exercising options and providing program management, logistics support, configuration management, country standard technical orders, country standard time compliance technical orders, software configuration services, engineering technical services, sustaining engineering, airworthiness, contractor and associate subcontractor field service representatives, spares management and procurement, depot level repair services, organizational level maintenance support, site surveys and site installation activities, maintenance data collection and entry, and field maintenance. Work will be performed at Poway, California, and in outside the continental U.S. locations, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 1, 2028. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to the Netherlands. This award is the result of an international sole source justification. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $35,001,404 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
