About the presenters:
Brian Cummings, Bucks County Workforce & Economic Development
Brian Cummings has spent the last decade becoming an accomplished professional in Workforce and Economic Development. Before joining the County of Bucks, Brian served as the director of PA CareerLink® Bucks County for seven years. Brian has connected hundreds of employers to economic development resources in Bucks County since he accepted the role of Economic Development program manager in May 2022. Under his leadership, PA CareerLink® won the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce Champions Award and Best of Bucks Award for Workforce Investment. Brian has presented at the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals Youth Symposium, the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association Conference, the Domestic Relations Association of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Association of Career and Technical Administrators Conference. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Laura, their three children, Michael, Austin, Isabella, and the family dog Cali.
Dianna Kralle, Assistant Director of the Department of Workforce and Economic Development for the County of Bucks
Dianna has spent the past 13 years working in the public workforce system. Before joining the County of Bucks, Dianna worked with job seekers, opportunity youth, employers and community partners in various capacities within the PA CareerLink® Bucks County. Dianna presently oversees all workforce and economic development grant programs in Bucks County, totaling approximately five million dollars annually. With the support of a high functioning Board of Directors and a capable staff, our department ensures that effective employment services are offered throughout the County of Bucks.
