Northrop Grumman Wins $12M Navy Mod for Airborne Laser Mine Detection Support
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems, Melbourne, Florida, was awarded an $11,980,190 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-only modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-22-C-6418) to exercise options for safety, logistics, engineering and depot support for airborne laser mine detection systems. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida, and is expected to be completed by March 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $796,788 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
