Military Construction: Messer Construction to Provide $16M in Design-Bid-Build Services for Air Force

Messer Construction Co., Cincinnati, Ohio, was awarded a $16,042,500 firm-fixed-price contract design-bid-build construction services. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, with an estimated completion date of March 13, 2028. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation, defense-wide funds in the amount of $16,042,500 were obligated at the time of the award.
