Kimball & Thompson, GoFresh Win $198M Combined Defense Fresh Produce Contracts

Kimball & Thompson Produce Co.,* Lowell, Arkansas (SPE300-26-D-P449, $150,000,000); and GoFresh LLC,* Tulsa, Oklahoma (SPE300-26-D-S786, $48,000,000), have each been awarded a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under solicitation SPE300-24-R-0015 for fresh fruit and vegetable items. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. These are five-year contracts with no option periods. Location of performance is Oklahoma, with a Feb. 1, 2031, ordering period end date. Using customers are Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Department of Agriculture. Type of appropriation is Fiscal 2026 through 2031 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
