Insight Pacific Wins Spot on $15B Air Force Global Construction IDIQ

Insight Pacific LLC, Brea, California, was awarded a ceiling $15,000,000,000 firm-fixed-price, multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract for Air Force Civil Engineering Center construction services. This contract provides for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction services, including the following work classifications: sustainment maintenance, sustainment repair, restoration, modernization, minor construction, MILCON construction, other procurement construction, and demolition located at various locations worldwide. Work will be performed globally and is expected to be completed July 6, 2035. These contracts were competitive acquisitions, and 33 offers were received. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $3,000 are being obligated at the time of award.
