Army Awards Repkon USA-Defense $217.5 Million for New Trinitrotoluene Facility in Kentucky

Repkon USA-Defense LLC, Tampa Bay, Florida, was awarded a $217,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract to design, build and commission a Trinitrotoluene facility. Work will be performed in Graham, Kentucky, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 3, 2028. Fiscal 2024 procurement of ammunition, Army funds in the amount of $217,500,000 were obligated at the time of the award.
