$9.97M Army Contract Goes to Imperial Construction for Building Upgrades Through 2027

Imperial Construction & Electric Inc., Springfield, New Jersey, was awarded a $9,972,000 firm-fixed-price contract for building renovations. Bids were solicited via the internet with seven received. Work will be performed in Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2027. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $9,972,000 were obligated at the time of the award.
