$8.4M Navy Contract: GCR-MDI II to Oversee Grounds, Waste, and Maintenance at Kings Bay

GCR-MDI II LLC,* Pinehurst, North Carolina, is awarded an $8,396,190 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for multi-function support services at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia. This contract provides for custodial, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping, and pavement clearance. Work will be performed at Kings Bay, Georgia, and will be completed by September 2025. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance (Navy) (O&M, N) funds; fiscal 2025 Defense health program funds; and fiscal 2025 Family Housing O&M, N funds, for recurring work will be obligated on individual task orders issued during the base period. No funds will be obligated at time of award. This contract was competitively procured via the sam.gov website, with six offers received.
