$695 Million Contract for MV-22 and CV-22 Engine Maintenance and Support

Rolls-Royce Corp., Indianapolis, Indiana, is awarded a $695,336,976 firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. This contract provides sustainment support, program management, integrated logistics support, sustaining engineering, maintenance, repair, reliability improvements, configuration management, and site support for the MV-22, CV-22, and CMV-22, AE1107C engine. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is expected to be completed by November 2026.
