Nisou Enterprises Inc.,* Farmington Hills, Michigan, was awarded a $21,449,190 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a new access-control point at Fort Eustis. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Newport News, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 6, 2027. Fiscal 2021 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $21,449,190 were obligated at the time of the award.
