$18.7M Firm-Fixed-Price Contract Awarded for Fargo Moorhead Flood Protection Project

HSG Park JV 2 LLC,* Harvey, North Dakota, was awarded an $18,689,732 firm-fixed-price contract for the Fargo Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management Project. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Fargo, North Dakota, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 10, 2027. Fiscal 2025 civil construction funds in the amount of $18,689,732 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul, Minnesota, is the contracting activity (W912ES-25-C-0003).
