VSS Capital Partners Completes Investment in Lumenci, Inc.
NEW YORK – VSS Capital Partners (“VSS”), a private investment firm investing in the healthcare, education, and business services industries, today announced the completion of a new platform investment in Lumenci, Inc. (“Lumenci” or “the Company”), a full-service intellectual property (“IP”) consulting firm, in association with Century Equity Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Lumenci provides a global one stop, turnkey solution for patent owners and law firms looking to monetize IP assets.
