NowRx’s Pharmacy Patient Business Acquired by Alto Pharmacy
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.–NowRx, a tech-powered pharmacy that provides same-day prescription delivery and telehealth services, today announced that Alto Pharmacy has agreed to acquire NowRx’s patient files in California. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Beginning November 30, 2022, Alto Pharmacy will provide all prescription delivery and services to NowRx patients in California, ensuring continuity of the high quality service that NowRx customers have come to expect.

To facilitate seamless customer support, any patients with active prescriptions will be automatically transferred to Alto. (Individuals should not need to independently initiate transfers.) Going forward, NowRx patients can contact Alto Pharmacy with any questions or requests relating to their pharmacy needs at (800) 874-5881.
