The company’s decision to expand to Memorial Drive is driven by the continued growth of the biotech and life sciences sector in the area, as well as the increasing demand for state-of-the-art, yet affordable, lab space for preclinical R&D.
The new location adds to Mispro’s expansive network of contract vivarium facilities in the Metro-Boston area, which includes Kendall Square, Alewife, Seaport and Waltham, with two additional Kendall Square facilities set to be announced in 2024.
