Leading Global MEDEVAC Training Provider, Air Rescue Systems, Acquired By Vita Inclinata Technologies
BROOMFIELD, Colo. – Vita Inclinata Technologies, a leading provider of intelligent lifting solutions, announced today the acquisition of Air Rescue Systems (ARS), a global leader in helicopter response, training, and equipment. Air Rescue Systems has a strong reputation for its custom and total team approach to serving customers in various branches of the military and emergency response organizations across the globe for more than 20 years.
“This partnership enables us to provide best-in-class and comprehensive solutions needed to address the challenges of emergency situations. Together, we will drive innovation and empower teams worldwide to save lives and protect communities.”
By combining their extensive resources and expertise, Vita Aerospace (the specialized aerospace division of Vita Inclinata Technologies) and Air Rescue Systems are poised to provide comprehensive training techniques and facilities, cutting-edge equipment, and innovative technology to a broader range of organizations operating in emergency response environments. The partnership enables them to serve a larger community, equipping them with the essential tools and skills required to execute successful missions.
ARS offers custom, detail-oriented courses for advanced helicopter operations (such as Hoist, Short Haul, Rappel, Fast Rope, Medical/Rescue, Precision Long Line & Skid Operations) for multiple operation types and locations. Depending on flight skills or rescue techniques needed, courses are tailored to mission-specific requirements. The equipment is purpose designed and built by working helicopter operations professionals utilizing real-world experience and the latest in industry technologies. The US Army, Navy, and Marines granted Air Worthiness Approvals for the Air Rescue Vest – Quick Connect along with maintaining several additional technical approvals for other product categories.
Vita Aerospace manufactures the patented Vita Rescue System – Litter Attachment, a dynamic approach to hoist operations with precision. Measuring over 1,000 data points per second, the system detects real-time movement and adjusts the load with high-powered fans to eliminate spinning, rotations, swaying, or other problems that cause accidental injuries or fatalities. The result is accelerated extractions of victims and elimination of preventable hoist operation accidents.
This partnership between Vita Aerospace and Air Rescue Systems represents a pivotal moment in the evolution of Search and Rescue and MEDEVAC capabilities. With a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and the preservation of life, both organizations are poised to revolutionize the industry by offering unparalleled equipment and training solutions to meet the evolving needs of organizations around the world.
“We are honored to partner with Air Rescue Systems to expand our reach and impact in the emergency response landscape,” said Caleb Carr, Co-Founder and CEO of Vita Inclinata Technologies. “This partnership enables us to provide best-in-class and comprehensive solutions needed to address the challenges of emergency situations. Together, we will drive innovation and empower teams worldwide to save lives and protect communities.”

Together, we aim to provide Total Team Solutions for training and equipment to an even greater number of organizations and markets, ensuring enhanced safety and effectiveness in critical missions.”
