Foxtrot was founded in Chicago in 2014, which combines an upscale corner store and café with app-based online purchasing. This combination makes delivery of the entire inventory available in under an hour. There are many Foxtrot stores across Chicago, Dallas, Washington, D.C., etc., and some incoming stores will be launched by the end of 2021.

Foxtrot’s expertise in leading with trends has led the brand to overshadow other food brands. Cooperation with leading online brands in the retail section for the first time has resulted in the company being the preferred retail and delivery launch partner for e-commerce brands such as Ghia, Omsom, Porter Road, Kin Euphorics, Cure Hydration, Levain Bakery, and Milk Bar, etc. According to company data, omnichannel customers shop in the retailer about six times each month, spending evenly between in-store and delivery.
