Birdcall was established in 2016 with a new kind of dining experience enhanced through a blend of all-natural ingredients. The menu focuses on much about nutrient-rich salads as well as crispy chicken sandwiches. They opened doors in Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood with another goal – to make unbelievable food more accessible and affordable.
