Meet Heidi Simos, an award-winning Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES). Heidi is a skilled coach who empowers individuals to challenge the status quo by taking control of their careers! After spending several years working in corporate America and personally experiencing the Battered Career Syndrome ®, Heidi took charge of her future and purchased her first national learning center franchise. Within a 7-year period, she acquired 7 more centers and was recognized as one of the most successful multi-unit franchise operators in the system. This experience inspired Heidi to become a TES coach, so she can share her knowledge and expertise with individuals who are ready to move from employment to empowerment. When it comes to community involvement, Heidi enjoys giving back. She partners with the University of North Florida Military & Veterans Resource Center and delivers workshops to Veterans transitioning out of the military. She has also teamed up with SCORE, a national non-profit organization, to offer franchise webinars on a regular basis throughout the year.
