SBA Contracting: Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract program (WOSB)

Hosted by

SBA Sacramento District Office

WHEN: Thursday, September 7, 2023

The federal government’s goal is to award at least 5% of all federal contracting dollars to women-owned small businesses each year. Joining the WOSB Federal Contract program makes a business eligible to compete for federal contracts reserved for the program’s certified participants. These contracts are known as “set asides.” It is important to note that WOSB certification benefits only apply to federal contracting opportunities, rather than those in the private sector.

Come join the Sacramento District Office webinar to learn about the SBA’s WOSB contracting certification programs and gain a competitive edge to sell to the federal government.
