This is a hybrid event to allow in-person and virtual attendance. The in-person location is at the North Congressional Meeting Room (CVC 268) of the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center located below the East Plaza of the Capitol Building on 1st Street, NE, at the intersection with East Capitol Street in Washington, DC. Please note for individuals attending in person, the CVC confirmed registration is not required at the visitor center. Therefore, please review the instructions below to navigate to the meeting room.
