Roundtable Topic: Working on Hybrid Agile/Waterfall Projects with MS Project

PDU Categories/Hours: Ways of Working (formerly Technical) / 1.5 Hours

Synopsis of Session. PMs are often challenged to effectively manage hybrid projects incorporating both Agile and Waterfall. If you’re confronted with incorporating the actions of diverse teams into an integrated schedule, then join in an interactive discussion led by Bonnie Biafore. Bonnie will start by talking about hybrid projects and seek attendee input on how their teams interact. Then she will discuss what is important to PMs managing hybrid projects from a tool-agnostic perspective. Finally, Bonnie will provide an overview of using MS Project to manage a hybrid project as an example of using PM tools for integration.
