Intro to CyberSecurity for Government Contractors

Small businesses are at considerable risk of cyber-attack. With fewer staff resources available to maintain and monitor networks, and fewer defenses in place, small businesses are an attractive target for hackers and cybercriminals. The federal government is updating its compliance requirements for contractors with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0.

This session is designed to help small businesses prepare for CMMC. You will learn about cyber-hygiene practices required for contractors under CMMC, what you will need to do to submit to the federal government’s Supplier Performance Risk Assessment (SPRS), free cybersecurity resources available to small business, and how to get started even if you are just a beginner.
