About Our Speaker
As the Director of Innovation and Design, Tina Douglas leads the delivery of actionable customer research and insights, oversees a world-class customer-driven design practice, delivers value through management of critical strategic experiences such as Residential Delivery and Customer Sustainability and defines innovative business models to drive future value and change for customers.
She is a strategic, results-oriented leader with 20 years of experience leading change and innovation in marketing and IT at FedEx. Previously, she led the buildout of the Global Marketing Technology Ecosystem, which powers digital marketing promotions at FedEx. She has also had leadership roles focused on customer-driven design, product management, and digital innovation. She is a three-time Five Star winner, FedEx’s highest corporate award.
Tina is a native Memphian and resides in Collierville with her husband and family. She holds a B.A from The University of the South and an M.A. from the University of Florida. In her free time, she enjoys the Memphis Grizzlies, reading historical fiction, physical fitness, traveling, and podcasts.
