Whiting-Turner Contracted for $113.7M Renovation: Philadelphia Navy Yard Building 77H to be Modernized

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $113,662,044 firm-fixed price contract for renovation of Building 77H at the Philadelphia Navy Yard Annex. The work to be performed provides for renovation and modernization of the south bay of Building 77H for a land-based engineering site and supporting infrastructure. The maximum dollar value, including the base price and 12 options, is $115,594,114. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by August 2027. Fiscal 2024, shipbuilding conversion, (Navy) funds in the amount of $113,662,044 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
