NLGC JV LLC,* Detroit, Michigan, was awarded a $29,688,389 firm-fixed-price contract for demolition, building relocation/reconstruction and construction. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Tifton, Georgia, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 10, 2025.
