Kansas-Based GBA Builders to Lead $31M McConnell AFB Building Repair

GBA Builders LLC, Lenexa, Kansas, was awarded a $31,206,734 firm-fixed-price contract to repair and reconfigure a building. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 14, 2026. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $31,206,734 were obligated at the time of the award.
