Science Applications International Corporation, Reston, Virginia, was awarded an $18,894,694 firm-fixed-price contract to develop airfield operations policies and maintain instrument flight procedures. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 26, 2028.
