AAR Supply Chain Awarded $14.2 Million Contract: Sole-Source Logistics and Distribution for Military Items

AAR Supply Chain Inc., doing business as AAR Defense Systems & Logistics Inc., Wood Dale, Illinois, has been awarded a maximum $14,218,812 fixed-price with prospective-price-redetermination, requirements contract for direct distribution and associated supply chain management support of sole-source consumable items and depot level reparable items. This is a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 (a)(ii)(A). This is a three-year base contract with three three-year option periods. The performance completion date is Oct. 20, 2027. Using customer is Defense Logistics Agency.
