$9.3 Million Air Force Contract Awarded to Unlabel Innovation for Dual-Use Innovation Management Software: Contract to Run Through 2029

Unlabel Innovation LLC, Minnetonka, Minnesota, was awarded a $9,307,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Department of Defense idea and portfolio management operations. This contract provides for the deployment, maintenance, and scaling a commercial-off-the-shelf dual-use, outcome-focused software-as-a-service application to improve innovation idea management operations to ingest, curate, evaluate, and collaborate on subject matter expert ideas. Work will be performed in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2029. This contract is a follow on to Small Business Innovation Research Phase III contract FA7014-21-C-0022. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance funds in the amount $577,000 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force District of Washington, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (FA7014-235-C-0002).
