$8.1M Marine Towing Services Contract Awarded to Dunlap Towing Co. for PSNS & IMF Operations

Dunlap Towing Co., La Conner, Washington, is awarded an $8,139,060 fixed-price, economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for marine barge towing services for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). PSNS & IMF requires these services to transport defueled, decommissioned reactor compartment disposal packages from Bremerton, Washington, to the Port of Benton in Richland, Washington. Work will be performed in Bremerton, Washington (50%); and Richland, Washington (50%), and is expected to be completed by December 2029. Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding will be provided at the task order level.
