$16.5M Mercury Mission Systems Award to Support V-22, CV-22, and Foreign Military Sales Aircraft
Mercury Mission Systems LLC, Torrance, California, is awarded a $16,492,279 firm-fixed-price delivery order (N0001925F0066) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001924G0003). This order procures five data transfer units, 102 removable storage modules, and 51 docking station cables in support of CV-22 aircraft for the Air Force; 277 data transfer units, 554 removable storage modules, and 277 docking station cables in support of the V-22 aircraft for the Navy; 17 data transfer units, 34 removable storage modules, and 17 docking station cables for the government of Japan. Work will be performed in Torrance, California, and is expected to be completed in February 2027. Fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement funds (Navy) in the amount of $8,318,383; fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,796,298; fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement funds (Navy) in the amount of $2,659,851; fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $2,627,571; and Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount $1,090,176, will be obligated at the time of award, $8,318,383 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
