This legislation positions Texas to become a major hub for quantum innovation.

Earlier this year, IonQ CEO Niccolo de Masi testified before the Texas Senate Business and Commerce Committee in support of HB 4751, emphasizing the critical role of quantum computing in addressing future cybersecurity and economic challenges.
