Virtual Public Forum for Proposed Rule on Monetary-Based Industry Size Standards

SBA is hosting a series of two virtual public forums on size standards to consider public testimony on proposed changes contained in the recently published proposed rule titled Small Business Size Standards: Monetary-Based Industry Size Standards (90 FR 41168, August 22, 2025).

The meetings will be held via Microsoft Teams on the following dates:

• Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EDT (Register for the Wednesday session)
• Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EDT (Register for the Thursday session)

Participants must pre-register to attend either of the virtual public forums on size standards.
