WHAT: A 4-session class aimed to help in your restaurant startup. Includes a 1:1 with Left Brain Solutions consultant, Anne Shadle. *

WHEN: July 2, 16, & 30, 2025 and August 13, 2025. Each class takes place from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM (ET)

HOW: Via the Zoom platform. Registrants will receive an email with a Zoom link after signup.

COURSE PLAN:

  • How to get a food truck permit in Kentucky
  • Figuring out how much money you need to get started
  • Building your menu so you know the equipment needs of the truck
  • Planning ahead so you can make money
  • Building a social media following who engage with your food & business

NOTE: this is a 4-session event, and pricing is for all three dates: July 2, July 16, July 30 and August 15, 2025. Each session is two weeks apart. *Full course cost is $100 for all 4 dates.*
