Previously as Vice President of Economic Development at Clayco (2022-2024), Paula secured over $6.5 billion in new work procurement across institutional, industrial, and aviation sectors. Her career includes 21+ years at PCL Construction where she advanced from Business Development Manager to Director, establishing expertise in higher education facilities, aviation infrastructure, and large-scale public works. She led major airport pursuits including LAX West Gates at Tom Bradley International Terminal ($1.4 billion) and the Consolidated Car Rental Facility ($1.1 billion), while supporting numerous California higher education projects for UCLA, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, Cal State campuses, and private institutions.

Dr. Paula Raymond Stamp demonstrates extraordinary national leadership as the 2024-25 President of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), leading the international organization representing nearly 8,000 AEC marketing professionals.
