As Director of Marketing based in Beverly, Massachusetts, she oversees RFP and RFQ processes, manages external communication channels including website, blog, social media, digital/email marketing, and print collateral, and creates content showcasing Windover’s people, projects, and innovative use of cutting-edge technology including BIM, drones, robotics, and virtual design & construction.
Her expertise spans construction marketing with specialized knowledge in business development, client engagement, digital content creation, social media strategy, and technical marketing across custom homes, institutional and commercial facilities, multiunit residential, senior living, life sciences and healthcare, and corporate markets. Molly brings exceptional depth gained through progressive advancement from Client Services Coordinator (2020) through field operations experience overseeing project schedules, Field Support Team assignments, workload staffing, tool rental inventory, vehicle fleet management, safety and technical training, and performance management—providing authentic understanding of construction operations that distinguishes her marketing leadership.
With MBA education from Endicott College combined with five years of progressive Windover experience spanning client services, operations, and marketing leadership, Molly has built her career characterized by operational excellence, strategic thinking, and commitment to employee-owned culture. Her knowledge of Windover’s full-service capabilities—encompassing construction management, design-build, virtual design & construction, project development services, preconstruction planning, and estimating—enables effective marketing leadership for a firm founded by construction professionals committed to delivering each project as if it were their own, doing what they say they’ll do, and having fun.
Molly demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through her CPSM certification (2024), election as SMPS Boston President for 2025-2026 program year, and previous service as President-Elect 2024-2025. Her presidential leadership of one of SMPS’s largest and most active chapters positions her as key influencer advancing professional services marketing throughout New England’s architecture, engineering, and construction community.
As President of SMPS Boston—a volunteer organization representing hundreds of AEC marketing and business development professionals—Molly guides chapter strategy, programs, events, and member services under the SMPS vision: “Business Transformed Through Marketing Leadership.” Her leadership follows the 2024-2025 board theme of “Evolve,” committing to exceptional educational, networking, volunteering, and program-oriented events positioning members to transform their businesses through marketing excellence.
Molly’s CPSM journey exemplifies chapter support impact. Participating in SMPS Boston’s acclaimed CPSM study group, she praised the program’s value: “The study group was helpful in so many ways. In addition to the camaraderie you have with the fellow candidates and study group leaders, you also have their perspectives to supplement your own journey through the materials. The accountability to stay on pace with the group was also critical. I would have been much more apprehensive going into the exam if I didn’t have the insights from people who had already been through it.”
Her professional advancement at Windover—from 2020 Client Services Coordinator through field operations roles to 2025 Director of Marketing—demonstrates strategic career development. Unique experience managing Field Support Teams, project schedules, tool rental inventory, vehicle fleet, safety training, and performance management provides operational credibility distinguishing her marketing leadership. This hands-on construction understanding enables sophisticated marketing communications grounded in actual project delivery rather than abstract technical descriptions.
