As Senior Principal and Sales Manager, he develops and executes comprehensive campaign strategies throughout the entire sales cycle, working with business developers, operational teams, technical experts, and marketing professionals to gather client and competitive intelligence and drive results.
His expertise centers on water infrastructure projects spanning municipal water and wastewater systems, water resources management, and large-scale infrastructure development serving public sector clients across North America. Mike brings specialized knowledge in strategic positioning, win strategy development, proposal management, and client engagement planning for complex water infrastructure pursuits.
With over 30 years of AEC industry experience, he has contributed to business development excellence at prominent global firms including AECOM, where he previously served as Associate Vice President and Director of Marketing & Communications for Water. His comprehensive understanding of the water infrastructure market enables him to craft compelling narratives and strategic approaches that consistently win major pursuits.
