With over 12 years of dedicated AEC marketing experience, she combines her psychology and marketing educational foundation to understand client decision-making processes and craft compelling proposals that connect design solutions to human needs and community impact.
Mia demonstrates exceptional professional excellence through her CPSM certification achievement and active membership in SMPS Connecticut, one of the founding chapters established in 1982 as the Southern New England Chapter. Her CPSM credential reflects mastery of professional services marketing principles, business development strategy, and the specialized skills required for success in AEC marketing leadership.

Mia contributes to Perkins Eastman’s firm-wide marketing excellence through leadership on the Big Data Committee, where she has spearheaded efforts to organize project data systems and created a sub-committee working with the Project Management group on streamlining information processes. Her educational background combining psychology and marketing from Roger Williams University provides unique insight into human behavior patterns and decision-making processes that inform effective proposal development, client engagement strategies, and competitive positioning.
Her career progression from commercial insurance marketing at Chubb to specialized AEC marketing demonstrates versatility and deep commitment to the architecture and planning industry.
