Lisa leads federal market strategy for RS&H, a nationally recognized employee-owned architecture and engineering firm specializing in aerospace, defense, aviation, transportation infrastructure, and buildings. As Vice President and Federal Market Leader, she directs strategic planning, business development, capture management, and proposal oversight for the firm’s defense and federal practice, with expertise spanning military installations, aerospace facilities, and mission-critical infrastructure.
With nearly 20 years at RS&H and comprehensive AEC marketing experience, Lisa brings specialized knowledge in aerospace and defense marketing, having held progressively responsible roles from proposal coordinator to federal market leader. Her expertise encompasses Department of Defense clients including U.S. Air Force, Navy, Army, and Space Force installations, as well as NASA and other federal agencies. She excels in strategic positioning, teaming strategies, capture planning, and developing winning proposals for complex federal projects.
Lisa holds dual master’s degrees—an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Finance (Cum Laude) from the University of Florida. Her advanced certifications include LEED AP for sustainable design integration, APR for strategic communications excellence, and F.SAME (Fellow designation) recognizing sustained contributions to military engineering and infrastructure.
Lisa exemplifies exceptional professional leadership through her CPSM certification achievement in the 2022-2023 class and her distinguished service as President of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Jacksonville Post (2022-2023), one of the nation’s most active military engineering chapters. Her presidential leadership focused on advancing collaboration between military, government, and private sector partners to strengthen national defense infrastructure and readiness.
As a Fellow of SAME (F.SAME), Lisa has earned the Society’s highest honor through sustained contributions to military engineering, infrastructure development, and professional advancement. She serves on SAME committees advancing defense infrastructure resilience and innovation. In 2025, she co-led the SAME Jacksonville Tri-Regional Joint Engineer Training Seminar (JETS), delivering comprehensive professional development for hundreds of military and civilian engineers across multiple southeastern states.
Lisa contributes to professional development through thought leadership, co-authoring articles on defense infrastructure priorities, gender diversity in AEC leadership, and aerospace industry trends. Her 2020 article “Yielding Stronger Organizational Effectiveness and Winning the Talent War” examined gender diversity’s impact on organizational performance, drawing on McKinsey research and AEC industry analysis. She has presented at SMPS national webinars on “Unpacking Stereotypes and Biases in the A/E/C Industries,” advancing conversations about equity and inclusion.
Beyond SAME and SMPS involvement, Lisa serves Leadership Jacksonville as a volunteer, contributing to the organization’s mission of developing civic leaders. She has led RS&H’s Ignite Women’s Leadership Network initiatives, creating mentorship and professional development opportunities for women in engineering and technical roles.
