With 26 years of progressive AEC marketing experience, Lisa advanced through multiple senior leadership roles including Marketing Director at AlliedCook Construction and Director of Marketing & Associate at Harriman, one of New England’s most established architecture and engineering firms dating back to 1870. At Harriman, she spent over two decades growing from Marketing Assistant to Marketing Director, earning recognition for her energetic, patient, and creative approach to representing professional services firms with confidence and professionalism.
Lisa exemplifies sustained professional excellence through her CPSM certification and over 26 years of progressive marketing leadership serving Northern New England’s architecture, engineering, and construction communities. Her certification recognizes demonstrated mastery across all six SMPS Domains of Practice including marketing research, planning, client and business development, proposals, promotional activity, and management—expertise developed through extensive experience at leading regional AEC firms.
Her 16-year tenure at Harriman provided exceptional foundation in integrated design firm marketing. During this period, she advanced from Marketing Assistant to Marketing Director, supporting one of New England’s most historic architecture and engineering firms (founded 1870) with offices in Auburn, Boston, Portland, and Portsmouth. A colleague praised her unique ability to find pertinent points when responding to RFPs, clear understanding of client needs, and outstanding communication and graphic skills that enabled Harriman to compete with the finest competitors while consistently meeting deadlines regardless of challenge complexity.
Lisa’s leadership contributions to Landry/French Construction support the firm’s remarkable growth trajectory from startup during the Great Recession to a 100% employee-owned company with 120 professionals recognized nationally on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list multiple times. Her work includes marketing the company’s employee ownership culture—which began in 2016—and supporting major projects including Portland’s 18-story Casco apartment building (Maine’s tallest building) and the Rock Row Health Campus in Westbrook.
Her University of Southern Maine education and comprehensive experience spanning architecture, engineering, and construction sectors provide versatile expertise that enhances marketing effectiveness for complex AEC firms across multiple market sectors and organizational cultures.
