Her expertise spans process safety management, emergency relief system design, laboratory testing services, and process safety training programs serving the oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and agricultural industries worldwide. Lisa brings specialized knowledge in strategic marketing for technical services, with deep experience in business development, professional education programs, and client relationship management.
With over 25 years of comprehensive marketing leadership experience, she has successfully guided marketing strategies across diverse engineering and construction sectors. Her career includes significant contributions to award-winning firms including Satterfield & Pontikes Construction and IDS Engineering Group. Lisa’s unique niche is immersing herself in technical industries to develop marketing strategies that differentiate complex technical services.
Lisa demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through her CPSM certification and distinguished service as Education Director for SMPS Houston, one of the largest and most influential chapters in the United States. In this pivotal role, she guided comprehensive professional development programming including webinars, the Coordinators Council, business development events, and the highly regarded CPSM Boot Camp program that prepared dozens of professionals for certification success.
Her leadership at SMPS Houston directly supported the chapter’s recognition as a top-performing organization, facilitating professional growth opportunities for more than 200 members representing 170+ firms across the AEC industry. Lisa’s educational programming created valuable pathways for marketing professionals to advance their careers through structured learning and certification preparation.
