Kimberly brings comprehensive strategic pursuit leadership and business development expertise to her role as Sales Manager, Strategic Campaigns at Stantec, one of the world’s largest design and engineering firms with 31,000+ professionals delivering infrastructure solutions across 400+ locations globally. She leads collaboration and guides pursuit teams partnering with clients on complex water sector challenges, working with technical and client service management teams to develop win strategies, messaging, and team structures for major strategic pursuits.
Her specialized expertise spans water infrastructure marketing including water reuse and potable reuse systems, wastewater treatment, water quality management, climate resilience strategies, and sustainable water resource solutions serving municipal utilities and public sector clients throughout North America. At Stantec, she supports a water practice recognized for pioneering work on the world’s most complex potable reuse programs, including San Diego’s first surface water augmentation project.
Kimberly’s progressive career at Stantec includes advancement from Proposal Team Lead to Sales Manager, managing relationships with regional business unit leaders and senior vice presidents while serving as department liaison for training and product education across the country. Her background includes marketing coordination and proposal development at Formerly Inc., supporting community reintegration services, and marketing and business development contributions at Roche Constructors, a family-owned Colorado commercial construction firm committed to sustainable building practices.
Kimberly exemplifies professional excellence through her CPSM certification earned in the 2022-2023 cycle, recognizing mastery across all six SMPS Domains of Practice: marketing research, planning, client and business development, proposals, promotional activity, and management. Her work includes developing performance reports tracking win/loss rates, revenues, and service utilization rolled up to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights for business development strategy.
Kimberly’s educational background includes a four-year athletic scholarship to the University of Northern Colorado, demonstrating dedication, teamwork, and performance excellence—qualities that translate directly to her collaborative leadership in complex pursuit environments. Her marketing experience spans construction, social services consulting, and global infrastructure engineering, providing diverse perspective that enhances strategic pursuit planning for water sector clients facing climate challenges and infrastructure needs.
