Ken leads comprehensive marketing and proposal operations for BRPH, a nationally recognized, employee-owned architecture, engineering, and construction firm headquartered on Florida’s Space Coast. As Marketing Manager, he supports a technically focused firm with six decades of expertise serving mission-driven clients across aerospace, defense, manufacturing, education, entertainment, and commercial sectors. His role encompasses strategic proposal development, business development coordination, and marketing communications for one of America’s most specialized AEC firms.
His expertise spans complex technical facility design including aerospace launch infrastructure, advanced manufacturing campuses, theme park attractions, and large-scale institutional projects. Ken brings specialized knowledge in proposal strategy and development, with deep experience supporting multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and construction services serving both public and private sector clients.
With over 14 years of AEC industry experience, he has contributed to marketing excellence at prominent firms including Halff Associates, Page Southerland Page, VHB, and Simpson Gumpertz & Heger. His comprehensive understanding of technical marketing enables effective support for nationally ranked projects ranging from NASA facilities to Universal Studios attractions.
Ken demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through his CPSM certification achievement and active SMPS involvement across multiple chapters throughout his career. His chapter engagement includes significant contributions to SMPS Boston’s Communications Committee, where he managed email communications, contributed creative ideas, and supported the committee’s mission of advancing AEC marketing communications.
As an active SMPS Houston member, Ken continues his commitment to professional development and industry advancement. His background includes contributing content to the SMPS Boston blog, sharing insights on marketing best practices specific to the architecture, engineering, and construction industries.
Ken brings a unique global perspective to AEC marketing, having taught English professionally in Japan, South Korea, Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, and Micronesia before entering the industry. This international experience, combined with his Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication from Point Park University, provides a distinctive foundation for his marketing communications expertise.
His 14+ years spanning multiple prominent AEC firms—from Massachusetts-based national practices to Texas engineering leaders—provides valuable industry perspective that enhances both individual and organizational professional excellence.
