As Client Account Partner, she drives business development and client relationship strategies for transportation projects across Georgia, Tennessee, and the broader Southeast region, focusing on state department of transportation partnerships and major infrastructure initiatives.
Her expertise centers on transportation infrastructure marketing, with specialized knowledge in state agency partnerships, design-build delivery, general engineering consulting, and construction engineering inspection services. Julie brings deep understanding of public sector procurement, state DOT client relationships, and the complex technical requirements of transportation infrastructure projects serving highways, bridges, and multimodal systems.

As Professional Development Committee Contact for SMPS Atlanta, Julie coordinates the Boot Camp educational series covering SMPS’s Six Domains of Practice, including market research, marketing planning, client development, proposals, promotional activities, and organizational management. Her leadership ensures Atlanta’s AEC marketers receive comprehensive training across all critical competency areas.
Julie also serves as the primary contact for SMPS Atlanta’s CPSM Study Group, providing guidance and coordination for marketing professionals pursuing certification.
