Her career encompasses comprehensive experience in high-tech facilities, sustainable design, and facility management sectors serving corporate technology campuses, biotechnology laboratories, clean room manufacturing, aerospace facilities, and university research environments.

Her expertise spans integrated design-build project marketing, construction management business development, and facilities management professional services, with specialized knowledge in LEED-certified sustainable design and green building strategies. As a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), Judith combines technical understanding of sustainable building practices with strategic marketing and proposal development capabilities. She has contributed to marketing excellence at prominent Silicon Valley firms including Gordon Prill (Design-Build), Don Todd Associates (Construction Management), Hallmark Construction, Sandis, and Crosby Group Structural Engineers.

With Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from San Francisco State University and University of Idaho respectively, Judith’s comprehensive understanding of business development strategy, proposal management, and client relationship building has positioned numerous AEC firms for competitive success across aerospace, biotechnology, science and technology, corporate office, and higher education sectors throughout California’s innovation corridor.
