Jennifer leads comprehensive marketing strategy and brand development for Leopardo Construction, a nationally recognized construction firm founded in 1977 by James A. Leopardo with more than 400 industry professionals and offices in Illinois, Ohio, Florida, and Washington DC. As Vice President of Marketing, she shapes the voice, vision, and visibility of one of the nation’s largest and most respected contractors, overseeing strategic marketing campaigns, corporate communications, proposal development, media relations, and thought leadership programs that support organizational excellence across multiple specialized markets.
Her expertise spans healthcare construction, senior living facilities, municipal and community projects, tenant interiors, retail environments, hospitality venues, industrial facilities, and aviation projects serving Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Wells Fargo, and Radio Flyer, alongside major healthcare providers, educational institutions, and government agencies. Jennifer brings specialized knowledge in brand strategy, emotional intelligence-driven leadership, team development, and creating processes that spark creativity while driving measurable results. With nearly two decades of experience in marketing and communications, she has contributed to excellence at prominent organizations including Leopardo Construction, Anson Industries, Capstone Real Estate Investments, The Collier Companies, and 33 Realty.
Her comprehensive understanding of construction marketing, combined with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Mass Communication and Advertising from the University of Florida, enables her to translate complex technical concepts into powerful narratives that position firms for competitive advantage while building sustainable client relationships and elevating team performance through empathetic, purpose-driven leadership.
Jennifer demonstrates exceptional professional leadership through her CPSM certification and passionate advocacy for expanding opportunities for women in construction, creating spaces for leadership development, storytelling, and industry visibility. Her commitment extends to championing more inclusive hiring practices—especially for working parents and mothers—believing that flexibility, empathy, and representation at every level strengthen companies and construction industry culture.
