Holly leads comprehensive marketing and business development strategy for Campos Engineering, supporting the firm’s mission of delivering innovative MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) engineering solutions across Texas and beyond. As Associate and Marketing Director based in Dallas, she oversees strategic communications, proposal coordination, client relationship development, and market positioning for a 40-year engineering firm providing MEP design, testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB), and commissioning services.
Her expertise spans MEP engineering marketing with deep specialization in aviation, civic, commercial, education, and healthcare facility design markets. Holly brings comprehensive knowledge of AEC marketing best practices gained through progressive experience including marketing leadership at Xerox (Healthcare Provider Solutions), Hester Painting & Decorating, and KERA, building a distinguished career characterized by strategic thinking and professional excellence.
With over 15 years of professional experience spanning engineering, construction, and corporate marketing communications, Holly has developed targeted marketing initiatives, executed successful project pursuits, and supported client relationship development across diverse sectors. Her educational foundation from Loyola University of Chicago in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing combined with hands-on experience across multiple disciplines provides valuable cross-sector perspective that enhances strategic positioning for complex integrated projects.

As a nationally recognized chapter leader, Holly co-edited the SMPS Dallas quarterly newsletter from 2013 to 2015, earning First Place recognition from SMPS National for Chapter Newsletter excellence. This award-winning publication delivered relevant content to members while continuously refreshing the format to meet evolving professional needs. Holly’s editorial leadership demonstrated exceptional skill in identifying compelling story ideas and maintaining editorial standards while preserving the authentic voices of diverse contributors.
Her professional leadership extended beyond editorial responsibilities to include serving as a mentor in the SMPS Dallas Mentor/Protégé Program in 2019, supporting emerging AEC marketing professionals in developing their skills and advancing their careers. Earlier in her SMPS journey, Holly contributed as a newsletter writer from 2011 to 2013, establishing herself as a valued voice in the chapter’s communications.
